How do I edit or delete a number from the Blocked list?

Go to the Call Filter page, tap on a number you want to edit. Choose the Edit option, Edit Rule or Move it to Allow list, tap the button “Apply”.
Tap on a number and choose the option “Remove” if you want to delete it, then confirm with “Yes”.
